Views across the Shoal channel to Keats Island and to the mountains were the driving features for this 3,400sqft home. Sustainable design was also a priority, implementing geothermal heating, highly insulated building envelope and multi-zone mechanical systems. The clients’ love for gardening and the natural environment is respected around the site, while fir trees from the property were milled and used as exposed timber.
